Weekend delivery is available upon request.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
All efforts are made to deliver your gift on the first attempt. If the recipient is not home, our drivers assess all delivery possibilities. The order may be left at the door, if it appears safe, or left with a neighbor. In that event a note will be left on the door. For business deliveries, if the business is closed, the order may be left with a nearby business and a note left on the recipient’s door. If re-delivery is necessary, a re-delivery fee of 15.00 will be charged.

Hospital Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hospital patient, hospital worker, or doctor, please be sure to include information regarding department, wing and room number in the special instructions portion of the order form.
Hotel Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hotel, please note arrival and departure dates as well as room number.
Business Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a business be sure to note the business name, suite number, and department when applicable.
Gated Community Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a gated home or apartment community, please include instructions for entry through the gates such as access codes or password. |
