Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Personal and business checks will be accepted but must clear the bank before your order will be processed, unless prior approval by Basket Kase is given. Corporate accounts can be arranged with Net 30 payment option. Call for details.

Processing: We ship all orders of in–stock merchandise within 48 hours of placement (for orders received Sunday-Thursday). When you place your order on Friday, Saturday or a holiday, the order will be shipped the next day that shipping is available (usually Monday). Same day delivery is available for orders placed by 10 am. Next day delivery is also available. Call for details. Basket Kase will not be responsible for processing delays due to incomplete information given by customer. Please be absolutely certain that you have the full and correct mailing address as USPS charges an additional fee for address corrections and additional charges will be charged to your credit card.

Disclaimer: Basket Kase reserves the right to substitute items (of equal or greater value) when products are not immediately available. This may be necessary on occasion due to the product availability and discretion of the designer. The quality or presentation of your gift will not be compromised. Product substitution requests may also be made by the customer at the time of ordering. Substitutions by customer request may result in an additional charge.
